We have established an on-site microbial waste-water treatment plant to ensure the removal of B.O.D, C.O.D and excess metals such as Iron, Zinc, Magnesium etc. Our waste water meets Malaysian government guidelines for discharging to the public drainage.
As far as we are aware, Dipform does not use any Genetically Modified products in our manufacturing process.
Chemicals used in our manufacturing process are of the highest quality.
Solid waste products from manufacturing are carefully packed and disposed off as per the Department of Environment (D.O.E) requirements to an approved dump site.
The emission of smoke and soot from the boiler are monitored daily as per the requirements of D.O.E. with a colour chart to identify the colour of smoke.
Workers are briefed and guided on the awareness of disposing of unwanted materials and gloves rejected are sold to a licensed buyer.
Gloves used for water testing are dried, sorted and sold as sub-standard grades.
Packaging materials are of 100% recycled paper.
Waste materials from our landscaped gardens such as grass, twigs and leaves are collected and prepared for composting.
